Glistenco cleaning services are available only to, and may only be used by, individuals who are 18 years and older who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful. Glistenco Cleaning Services, LLC may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer access to or use of the Site to any person or entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time.This provision is void where prohibited by law and the right to access the Site is revoked in such jurisdictions.

Terms of service and policy apply to any users on our site or anyone making contact with the Glistenco Cleaning Services, LLC organization in anyway or form.

Service Overview

Glistenco Cleaning Services, LLC is a platform through which customers schedule jobs and we provide services. .

Glistenco Cleaning Services, LLC is responsible for performing any of the services requested by you in your service request.

Any disputes between the Customer and a Glistenco Cleaning Services, LLC will be resolved between the Customer and Glistenco Cleaning Services, LLC directly.

Offers, Promotions and Referrals

Glistenco Cleaning Services, LLC may make available to you offers, discounts and other promotions, including our referral programs (each a “Promotion,” collectively “Promotions”). Promotions may expire and are subject to change without notice. Promotions, including payments and rewards received as a result of any Promotion, are nontransferable and cannot be combined with any other Promotion or redeemed for cash. In order to secure jobs for Service Providers using our platform, Glistenco Cleaning Services, LLC offers promotions/discounts and time to time, the Service Provider(s) may be subject to receive payment out of the discounted rate.

Cancellation Policy

Glistenco Cleaning Services, LLC may cancel a for a reasonable cause and the minimum fee will be charged. If cancelled within the grace period displayed, no fee will be due. Cancellations must be made within 24 hour notice to get a full refund, a partial refund will be made if canceled last minute. If our professionals arrive at the job location and are unable to contact you or gain access to the job location they will message and attempt to contact you for 20 minutes, after which you will be charged the minimum fee and the job will be cancelled.

Standard Cleanings

Standard cleanings are only for homes that get professionally cleaned on a regular basis and must show proof or are returning customers. First time customers must get a deep cleaning to start.

Deep Cleanings

Deep cleanings are only for residential/commercial homes that have not been professionally cleaned on a regular basis. Cabinets, fridge and oven must be cleared of food or supplies for the full interior cleaning or the cleaners will clean around them. 

Pet Fees

$100.00 per pet. If stated no pet and there is pet hair, you will be charged an extra $150.00.

Loss or Damage

If the Customer suffers loss or damage to their property and attributes the loss or damage to our services, we will initiate a claims procedure. Customer must provide evidence of loss or damages that was caused by our performance the day of the service. All damage complaints must be made within 4 hours after cleaning to receive a refund or touch up.

The absolute limit on any damage claim that we accept on behalf of the Provider(s) is $10,000.

Right to Refuse Service

Glistenco Cleaning Services, LLC has the choice to leave upon arrival if the home is in extreme condition or we feel unsafe/threatened. If you book a cleaning online that is not reasonable, such as a cleaning up after a large party, the providers may refuse service on the spot and you will be charged the maximum cancellation fee half the price of the cleaning. Customer has to pay the full fee before arrival and complete invoice transaction. 


Booking a service online guarantees you a spot for that date/time. You will be contacted by email with a confirmation.


Any refunds will not be given if not contacted within 24 hours of the cleaning nor will any re-cleans be done if not notified within 24 hours. All cleaning complaints must be made within 4 hours after cleaning to receive a refund or touch up.


You have our permission to solely electronically copy and print hard copies of pages from this web site for personal AND/OR non-commercial reasons related to placing an order or shopping with us. Unless we give you written permission in advance, any other use of this web site, its content and its information, including linking or framing to this web site, is strictly prohibited.

You alone are responsible for any communication, message, and/or other content that you post, upload, submit, transmit or share with Glistenco Cleaning Services, LLC on this website, by electronic mail or otherwise, including but not limited to, any data, questions, comments, suggestions or the like (collectively "User Communications").

Last Minute Requests

Note that there is a last minute (aka day of cleaning fee) of $100.00 on top of the cleaning quote.

Applicable Laws

Any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of San Diego, California USA in respect of any disputes arising in connection with the website, or any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices or any matter related to or in connection therewith.


We may send you any notices by email to the address that you have provided. You will be deemed to have received a notice at the time that the email is sent. Please keep your email address information up to date.
